Content Developers: Should have sound knowledge of content development tools. Must have a niche for better designing and should have worked on a few projects to gain practical experience.

Relationship Manager’s: Should have a marketing background and should be able to develop new customers and maintain the relationship with the existing users. Persons with related experience will be preferred.

Continuity Manager: Should have a management background and will be responsible for risk coverage/ future expansion/ recovery activities. Persons with at least 5 years of experience will be preferred.
